We are located in Houston Texas. We do not have a physical store at the moment but plan to add an option for local pick up for purchases on our online store soon.

We started Noble Otter with the idea of making shaving more fun and enjoyable by telling a story with art, fragrance and narratives. We thought Noble Otter would be a fun way to portray our story in a different and unique way.

No.

We do not like producing multiple soap bases for our shaving soaps. So we only have one base for our soaps. Any shaving soap on our site is our most current base.

Many of the ingredients in our products are natural or organic, but we do not label this on the product as some ingredients are either not natural or not organic. We value being honest with our customers and feel by labeling our products this way when only some of ingredients are natural or organic would be misleading.

This is mostly caused by reactions to our soap formula and the fragrance in the soap. Some soaps, epecially those with vanilla in the fragrance will change colors drastically. This is perfectly normal and is not an issue with the product itself.

This is something that may happen one day but as of right now we have no plans to offer a vegan soap base for our shaving soaps.

We currently do not offer soap samples. If you are interested in trying a fragrance before making a purcahse, you can order a solid cologne sample for free. You will be responsible for shipping though.

We use a 6oz jar for 4oz of shaving soap. We do this so when you load your shaving brush in the container you will have space for the shaving cream not to spill out.

Unfortunately, we cannot do that. It takes many months and thousands of dollars to develop a new soap/fragrance. We are always open to new ideas but we cannot do a fully custom soap for you.

No.

We do not make any dupes of fragrances from any house or fragrance company. Our fragrances are designed in house or by professional perfumers.

Sometimes some of our products may go out of stock due to demand. We try very hard to avoid this, but sometimes it happens. Your best bet is to sign up to be notified when it is restocked on the product page. As soon we restock it will send you an email to let you know. We are unable to give precise restock time frames.

We try to ship orders the next day. Sometimes we get behind, but normally all orders go out within a day or two. We do ask for your patience in shipping as many carriers are behind on their shipping times.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Please refer to the tracking information for a status of your delivery. If the tracking on your order shows delivered when its not yet arrived please contact us.

We do not hold orders for any amount of time. Please only place your order if you are ready for it to ship out.
